Working Principle of Process Because of the special function of corrugated surface of plate, the flow of fluid along narrow and curved passages is constantly changing in the direction of its velocity, resulting in strong end movement of fluid at a small flow rate (Rc=200), thus accelerating the destruction of the fluid boundary layer, strengthening the heat transfer process and effectively improving the heat transfer capacity. The process of heat exchanger is assembled by many plates according to certain process and technical requirements of the demander. When assembling, A plate and B plate are arranged alternately, and four corner holes of network channel are formed between plates to form distribution tube and confluence tube. The sealing gasket seals the hot and cold medium in the heat exchanger, and at the same time, separates the hot and cold medium reasonably without mixing. In the channel, the cold and hot fluids flow in intervals, either countercurrent or downstream. In the process of flow, the cold and hot fluids exchange heat through the plate wall.
